This virtual live, 90-minute workshop will answer common questions and provide expert insight regarding the key responsibilities and actions of an aspiring entrepreneur looking to start a business in the chemical industry.

After completing this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Decide if self-employment option is right for you.
• Create a mission statement for your new business.
• Gain a better understanding of your ideal clientele.
• Assess the market for competitors.
• Begin to establish the outline of a business plan for your new company.

The first hour of the workshop will feature a presentation by an ACS Career Consultant, while the last 30 minutes will be a dedicated Q&A session between participants and the facilitator.
